Returns and refunds

You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Before sending anything back, contact us for approval using the contact us form.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Store credit only, no refunds, no exceptions. Exchanges are processed as returns. Once your item is approved and received, we’ll issue a credit you can use toward anything else on the site. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Damaged or used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping, be sure to use trackable, insured mail. We are not responsible for lost packages. Include your order number and return confirmation inside the package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
